2013
OCTOBER
The Beginning of Our Journey
EightOneOne Construction Corp. started in 2013 with subcontracted projects such as the SM Sky Ranch Epoxy Flooring. Soon after, we completed major renovation works at Capitol Hills Golf Club and introduced thermoplastic concrete blocking at Valley Golf & Country Club
2014
1st QUARTER
Breakthrough Projects and Milestones
In early 2014, we reached a major milestone by securing our first direct contract with SM through the SM Cyberwest Concrete Topping project — our first ₱10M+ undertaking. That same year, we completed the rehabilitation of structures at the Esplanade Ferry Terminal, further proving our construction capabilities.

Challenging Yet Rewarding Works
By mid-2014, we successfully handled one of our most talked-about projects — the SM One E-Com Building Tile Rectification — and efficiently executed the demolition of Leighton’s Site Office at City of Dreams, gaining recognition for quality and speed.

By 2016, EightOneOne transitioned into a full-fledged corporation, securing more direct contracts and strengthening its reputation as a trusted partner for both private and corporate construction projects.

Partnership and Progress
In 2016, EightOneOne collaborated with EEI Corporation and San Miguel Corporation for the floor rectification of the SMC Yamamura Glass Plant. This marked a significant step in our expansion, reflecting our ability to manage large-scale industrial projects.

By 2020, we demonstrated our commitment to innovation and safety through the supply and application of photoluminescent (glow) paint on fire exit stairs across all seven NEO Buildings in Bonifacio Global City. This project showcased our forward-thinking approach and dedication to modern, sustainable construction practices.
